As part of the Central Planning Team, you cooperate with local markets, expert functions, and Management to optimize the financial performance of the company. **EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES** **WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED** - You will explore, test and validate novel ways to improve our causal inference models to steer the marketing decision making process.. - You will further develop and deploy our analytical models that quantify the impact of core drivers to provide diagnostic insights on the business performance, conduct scenario simulations ("what-if" analyses) and derive recommendations on optimal steering measures to achieve financial targets. - In close collaboration with our stakeholders and the engineering team, you will align on reporting requirements and actively shape data visualization concepts that will enable our stakeholders to interact with our data science products - You will lead of 4 Data Scientists and help them develop to excellent Applied Scientists - You proactively contribute to the product roadmap by identifying opportunities and blind spots in our product landscape and drive further development of the products end-to-end **WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF..** - Master Degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics or another quantitative field, with 3+ years of professional experience in relevant fields - Eager to prototype new concepts and are willing to push them all the way to production. - Strong sense of product ownership, mentoring and motivation to drive the continuous development of the products and team - Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
