**Position Overview**

**Your role**
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Food DACH Sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the sector Food within the DACH region
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in our business sector Food
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and areas for growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and success in the market
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the executive team

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales leadership roles within the food production industry
- Strong understanding of the DACH region's food market, trends, and customer dynamics
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving results and fostering a positive work environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, resulting in revenue growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making
- Business fluent in English and German, additional languages beneficial
