**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**
As a Distribution Sub Process Lead (M/F/*), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- _ Leading the preparation and implementation of for the Distribution locations. Includes all deployment and business-related gate deliverables._
- _ Developing and replicating best practices across Solventum sites_
- _ Identifying, and driving value realization opportunities_
- _ Support development of blueprint and deployment strategy for Deliver (Warehousing, Transportation and Customs processes)_
- _ Actively aligning cross-functionally with Quality, Intercompany, Order-to-Cash and other teams._
- _ Ensuring “Transfer of Knowledge” to distribution teams, including developing technical documents and training resources_
- _ Escalating and facilitate the resolution of critical issues/risks that impact deployments and distribution operations_

**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- _ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain_ _Management or Engineering _
- _Profound experience in Distribution or Supply Chain Management _
- _Experience in ERP deployment and/or logistics process SME/Supervisor _
- _Warehouse Management System and Process experience_
- _ Strong project management skills_
- _ Fluent English skills_

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- _ APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) certification_
- _ 3rd party logistics integration experience_
- _ Transportation Management System and Process experience; Customs Process experience_
- _ Proven leader, enjoy working with teams to define and implement solutions_
- _ Excellent organizational _and s_trong problem solving / troubleshooting skills_
- _ Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written)_
- _ Proven track record of leading significant change_
- _ Demonstrated success in working across many different functions and cultures, both up & down the organization_

**Travel: May include up to 25% domestic**/international**
