**Your Role**
- You are responsible for leading the group-wide management of receivables (Credit Risk, OTC, Collection, Legal Cases) and actively drive forward the expansion and harmonization within the area of your responsibility
- With your expertise, you act as a business partner for the top management and regions / legal entities in all strategic and operational issues
- Managing and developing the global Credit Risk Management Team and ensuring the exchange of information with the interfaces is part of your responsibility
- You proactively manage and control credit and payment conditions as well as monitor customer payment behavior
- In case of lawsuits, debt collection and insolvency cases you cooperate with the legal department
- You manage the cooperation with trade credit insurers and external service providers
- The definition of customer-specific credit lines is part of your tasks
- You actively drive the further development and optimization of the receivables cash flow and the reduction of critical items
- You continuously develop the processes and systems as well as the receivable reporting

**Your Profile**
- You have several years of professional experience in receivables management/ finance/controlling in an industrial environment
- Ideally you have already gained some leadership experience or are ready to take the step
- You have successfully completed your studies of business administration with focus on controlling / accounting
- You are an experienced and communicative Credit Risk Manager with assertiveness and a strong hands-on mentality
- Your working languages are German and English
- You quickly understand even complex issues, think clearly as well as analytically and contribute with innovative ideas
- Your working method is structured, solution-oriented and characterized by a high degree of personal initiative
