HE Space has joined forces with CS Group to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consulting.CS Group Germany GmbH is looking for a Head of Accounting & Controlling, reporting directly to the CFO of the Space Business Unit and working closely with the local Director of Operations. You will strengthen and develop the Finance team in Germany, providing a strong core to our next stage of development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of controlling and financial accounting;
- Responsible for the monthly reporting and the annual financial audited accounts;
- Rolling forecasting on a quarterly basis;
- Close cooperation with Managers and other stakeholders;
- Further development of reporting and control processes;
- Management of the Financial Accounting teams.
**Qualifications**:
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- Bachelor’s in accounting or Controlling;
- At least 3-5 years’ related experience preferably in a large, multinational environment and bring experience in working with corporate reporting tools;
- Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Team player and have a proactive mentality;
- Fluency in German and English; written, oral and presentation skills;
- Interpersonal and leadership skills, which allow you to interact and develop strong professional relationships.
