The Marketing Associate role is critical in increasing ShopBack’s brand awareness in Germany and bringing all marketing plans to life. You will work closely with the marketing team to grow the brand and drive user acquisition via social media channels and external growth channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for executing marketing campaigns and growth marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on influencer marketing.
- Plan, schedule and upload content on ShopBack's social media internal platforms.
- Analyse and optimise performance of campaigns on a regular basis and share key insights and learnings with the team.
- Cross functional collaboration: effectively communicate and collaborate with teams across local and regional business functions, including commercial, creative design and customer service.
- Manage and maintain content assets on ShopBack’s app and website

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduates may apply.
- Proficiency in German AND English, with excellent copywriting skills.
- Have a passion for social media and marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented individual with a strong performance record.
- Driven to be part of the process of building a successful business in a startup environment
