About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer (M/F/d) to join an innovative Tech Startup that’s harnessing cutting-edge AI technology to transform regulatory workflows in the life sciences industry.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and scaling their platform and products through creating intuitive and user interfaces that meet the needs of their customers.
**In this role, you’ll**:

- Conceptualise, prototype, and iterate on design solutions that align with the company's vision, customer needs and technical capabilities
- Refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, testing and emerging trends
- Directly engage with end users in various ways for discovery and feedback collection
- Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and collaborate on design experiments
- Support early product specification based on research data and best practices
- Ensure consistent and cohesive visual language across all product interfaces as well as for internal and external materials (including the website and materials for sales, marketing and business development)

Your Profile
- Several years experience in end-to-end product design for B2B SaaS Platforms and tools (work with AI products is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, with a proven ability to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces
- Solid experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesising insights to inform design decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
- Show tremendous product curiosity; excited about solving customer problems in pragmatic ways
- Experience in the life sciences, medical or other highly regulated industries is highly advantageous
- Business fluency in English (German is a plus)

Please note that we are looking for support for the company's Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
