**Your mission**:
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Expansion Intern, who will act as a champion for Knowunity’s ever-expanding user base in Latin America. You will work closely with different teams across Knowunity including product, marketing, and operations with a focus on establishing LatAm as one of our core markets. Have you gone to school in Latin America? Then this role could be for you

**Your mission will be to...**
- Partake in deep research into newer markets and look into school systems, curriculum, and trends
- Be a frontline support superhero; Work with our user moderators to ensure our platform is a safe and friendly space
- Maintain the quality of content on our platform and continuously tweak and adapt the app’s copy to ensure it resonates with our target audience
- Brainstorm and refine language-specific marketing materials, dabble in influencer management, and other exciting marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the product team to offer suggestions for enhancements that’ll make our app even better
- Regularly connect with our Latin American users, listening to their feedback and ideas

**Your story**:

- You are an organised and analytical problem solver
- You love to collaborate, share your ideas, and be creative in a team environment
- You have lived and/or worked in Latin America (experience in Mexico or Colombia is a plus)
- Your proficiency in Spanish is at a native or professional level
- You are a great communicator, with excellent written and spoken proficiency in English as well
- You are comfortable using tools such as Notion, Gmail, and Slack
- You believe in the power of speed and execution and love to get your hands dirty
- You are obsessed to serve the user and strive to deliver over sticking to processes
