**About the role**:
We are looking for an ambitious** Expansion Intern (M/F/x) in Berlin, **ready to** unlock a new category of food delivery **and keen to build the** operational foundation** for our** international hyper-growth**
2021 we tested and built voilà in our home country. Now backed by VCs like EQT & FoodLabs and equipped with first learnings and fresh insights of the food market, we are ready to grow our business & operations further in Germany and beyond
- Be an integral part of our **expansion phase**:

- Lead your **own projects & drive key initiatives**:

- Learn from **experienced leaders** and get involved in all aspects of scaling an **early-stage high-growth business**:

- ** No secrets and 100% insights**:

- In your time you will participate in **key strategy meetings** and engage directly with the founders and business partners. **Together with the Head of Expansion **& team, you will develop forward-thinking, innovative operations initiatives to** boost efficiency** and **shape the future** of a young, mission-driven company.

**What you need to succeed**:

- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree (or in completion) at a top university with a focus on business or a related field
- First work experience in high-performance environments: food delivery or logistics startup, strategy consulting, investment banking, VC, or E-Commerce
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving oriented mindset
- Strong hands-on attitude and willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside your field of expertise
- Strong communication skills - clear, concise, and persuasive in style
- Comfortable when making decisions using limited information and resources
- Fluency in English and **Dutch** (written and spoken) is a must. German language skills are a plus
- And of course: A passion for food
