We are looking for driven, passionate individuals with fashion retail experience to join our team at our new pop-up fashion retail store in **Metzingen** for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting and dynamic team, working together to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and create meaningful connections with clients.

**Start Date**: June 2025

You’ll join the team just ahead of our store launch to get fully trained, prepared, and ready to welcome customers from day one.

**The Roles & Hours Available**

- **Store Manager (Filialleiter)** - 40 hours/week
- **Assistant Store Manager (Stellvertretender Filialleiter)** - 40 hours/week
- **Supervisor (Abteilungsleiter)** - 40 hours/week
- **Keyholder (Schlüsselträger)** - 40 hours/week
- **Sales Associate (Verkaufsberater)** - 40 hours, 32 hours, or 16 hours/week

**Responsibilities for all roles include**

- Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support
- Building strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs, and offering tailored recommendations
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store organization
- Representing the brand by sharing product knowledge and offering an outstanding customer experience
- Assisting with after-sales services, including product care, customization, and returns
- Adhering to store security procedures, including loss prevention and cash handling (for Keyholder role)
- Participating in stock audits and assisting with inventory management
- Supporting with recruitment, training, and team operations (for Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager roles)

**Specific Responsibilities**

**Store Manager (Filialleiter)**:

- Lead the team to drive store performance, maximize sales, and deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage daily operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and compliance
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the store team
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently met
- Analyze sales data and create action plans to achieve KPIs and targets
- Act as the main point of contact for regional management and head office

**Assistant Store Manager (Stellvertretender Filialleiter)**:

- Partner closely with the Store Manager to drive store performance and support daily operations
- Lead by example, creating a client-focused environment while achieving sales targets
- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing team members
- Help coordinate in-store events and promotions

**Supervisor (Abteilungsleiter)**:

- Assist with the daily management of store operations
- Support the leadership team in achieving sales and customer service goals
- Motivate and coach team members to meet their targets

**Keyholder (Schlüsselträger)**:

- Open and close the store, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain store standards and support with customer service
- Handle basic stock management and customer issues

**Sales Associate (Verkaufsberater)**:

- Engage with customers and build strong client relationships
- Drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge
- Maintain visual merchandising and assist with stockroom tasks
