We are filling the following freelance position for our client in the fashion industry:
Sample Coordinator (m/w/d) Fashion Show

**YOUR TASKS**
- Coordinate the influencer seasonal sample orders on SAP, key look guidelines, shipments and returns
- Coordinate international couriers and shipping documents to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee event gifting and influencer seeding logistics, monitoring the delivery
- Maintain and update shipment budgets and invoicing trackers
- Placing and following stock delivery’s through internal SAP system, inserting samples orders

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2-3 years experience in fashion product coordination, or influencer gifting/logistics
- Experience working with high volumes of samples and event deadlines
- Leading operational workflows independently
- Fluent in English & German
