**Description**:
Delivering high-level administrative and operational support to the VP Sales / Corporate Sales team in defined areas and projects in order to optimize the implementation of the sales strategy at the corporate, regional and hotel level. Ensuring a good communication flow between the Corporate Sales team based in Geneva, the Regional Director of Sales, the Global Sales Offices and the hotels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reporting**
- GSO segment production report
- Monthly G-Leads production report
- Ad-hoc sales production reports
- Month end internal and external Sales reports

**VP Sales/Corporate Sales Team Administrative and Operational Support**
- Expenses claims and calendar management
- Provide VP sales with full briefing, information and documentation before any meeting
- To compose announcements and memoranda
- To prepare PowerPoint presentations and any other support material
- Support of office management

**Global Sales**
- Support of generic requests addressed to the GSO
- Support the maintenance of the database and ensure client information is up to date
- To follow up on proposals sent to clients in order to maximize conversion rate
- To generate management information reports from Opera / SFA
- To assist in the collation of accurate management reports for clients or for head office and submit in a timely manner
- Responsible of the maintenance of the database and ensure client information is up to date
- General office management including of calling internal meetings and recording and transmitting meeting minutes to the VP sales, handling of purchase orders and office requirements
- To compile monthly revenue reports for the VP Sales on groups business generated from the GSO FRA team
- Support with Event Coordination in key markets with Director of Global Sales and Director of Events

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business.
