Interested to drive KWS global financial success and shape the future of corporate finance?** **KWS Berlin is looking for a full-time and permanent Treasury Expert (M/F/d) in Berlin with the next possible start date**. The Expert Treasury Specialist will manage key corporate treasury activities, including liquidity management, group debt, financing with major banks, intercompany financing, cash management and hedging, while supporting global transformation projects like the rollout of a treasury management system, and provide guidance to the Business Partner Finance on treasury-related topics. **Your Tasks**: - Regularly complete the group cash management and liquidity planning and forecasts net working capital, free cash flow, debt and financial results - Execute of FX and interest rate hedging transactions, including support for commodity hedging activities - Support the accounting department in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for treasury related items - Coordinate with the Shared Service Center teams in the processing of payments and transfers - Support the Finance department in various projects and initiatives - Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards for the team - Work with mínimal supervision and considerable latitude for independent judgement **Your Profile**: - Degree in Economics/Business/Accounting - ** Robust relevant experience** in treasury and/or banking as well as broader financial experience - Experience with relevant IT systems is an advantage (SAP, Serrala Alevate) - ** Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is a plus**: - ** Analytical and negotiation skills**, solution-oriented working style with the ability to work successfully in complex matrix organisations in a global multicultural context - Experienced in change and stakeholder management with ability to moderate, communicate effectively and build sustainable relationships - Challenger of the status quo, eager to develop functional expertise to deliver service excellence **Our offer for you**: - We are an international team of open-minded people with diverse and cross-functional experience - Interesting and challenging tasks and projects - As a family business, we are guided by the values of closeness, reliability, vision and independence; this culture is lived in practice and ensures an open and friendly working atmosphere from day one - The best of both worlds: KWS Berlin combines the security of a large, stable company with the passion of a start-up - Our location in the heart of Berlin-Schöneberg is very modern; directly opposite the underground station Bülowstraße and with secured car & bicycle parking spaces - We offer 30d holidays, flexible working hours, holiday and Christmas bonuses, company pension scheme, JobRad and/or Jobticket - True to our motto "Make yourself grow", we support the professional and personal development of our employees
