What will you do?

As our Senior Director Project Management, you will lead our project management competence center and grow the team as a servant leader. You will represent project management within our company and develop the business to further expand the team. You will ensure that our project management standards are further excelled and that our core values (transparency, ownership, and excellence) are lived by everyone.

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Leadership in project management from early lead to project delivery
- Strategic development of the project management competence center
- Establishing advanced project management standards for new and existing client projects
- Coaching and mentoring of the project management team
- Recruiting and resource planning
- Lead development of our newest or most important projects
- Driving collaboration across all teams and functions to deliver outstanding solutions with tangible impact for our clients

**Here’s what we think you need to succeed in this role**:

- Graduate in project management, business, or adjacent studies
- 7+ years of experience working in project management roles desirably with focus on digital innovation
- Strong experience in leading inter-disciplinary projects and teams
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies
- Strong presentation and client/stakeholder leadership skills
- Experience in disciplinary leadership
- Experience in setting up and leading international projects and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in agile team setups, complex structures and across multiple projects and structures
