The PSI Group develops software products for optimizing the flow of energy and materials for utilities and industry. The innovative industry products can be operated on-premises or in the cloud. **In the Business Unit Logistics, we bring together the full breadth of our logistics expertise.**

**Tasks inspiring you**:

- Leading a large team in an agile environment, you will foster and support its ongoing development
- Developing strategies to retain employees in the long term is part of your responsibility, while you actively accompany their career paths
- Ensuring continuous improvement processes, you support the team in optimizing workflows
- Transforming the team to Cloud-/Cloud-native technologies will also fall under your scope
- During onboarding phases, you oversee team-relevant processes, ensuring that employees feel supported
- Communication is one of your strengths, and you will serve as a key liaison between employees, departments, and company leaderships
- By working closely with the HR team, you will ensure new employees have a smooth start in our company
- Your forward-thinking resource management ensures that goals are achieved, deadlines are met, and quality standards remain high
- Creating an agile and collaborative work environment will enable innovative solutions to emerge.

**Qualifications that inspire us**:

- Proven leadership experience, ideally in managing large teams within software development, is a must. You understand the challenges that come with this role
- Experience in leading teams in an agile development environment will help you motivate employees, achieve goals, and support growth
- Your strength lies in building and maintaining interdepartmental relationships
- Recognizing individual potential and solutions, you bring excellent mentoring skills to the table
- Outstanding communication skills in both German and English are required
- Solid knowledge in data analytics enables you to derive strategic measures for employee and organizational development
