**Your tasks**:
This is a unique career opportunity for everyone in HR who is passionate about an entry-level role in talent management. The role is perfect for you if you enjoy the concept of HR Business Partner, being fully dedicated to our “young talent pool”. You are the go-to person for our working students and interns, as well as their managers. We aim to further develop our talent management culture, providing guidance to our working students & interns for how to grow on-the job in our company. You will work closely with the HR specialists in our team (Recruiting, Learning, Controlling, Comp & Ben, Admin & Payroll) to deliver the best possible support to your target group. We do not expect you to be perfectly experienced in every facet of the HR value chain. What we count on is your interest in “design thinking” (i.e. how to further develop our talent management culture), while acting with a strong sense of customer orientation and a drive for solutions in your daily interactions. In doing so, you will receive a great deal in return for your outstanding performance from your team. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, working together and encouraging each other to become better. We call it: The exchange mindset.

**You bring along**:

- You have a relevant university degree like HR Management, and first hands-on experience in HR, having already dealt with “young talent” in some capacity which is indicative of the interest to continue this path in HR
- Passion to immerse yourself in a culture where English is key to collaborate with colleagues from Europe, Asia, Australia, and the US
