**So what will my role be?**

Right now we are looking for a Business Development Representative for our office in Stuttgart. In this newly-created position, your main responsibility will be securing and booking high-quality meetings for your sales colleagues in the organisation. This includes outbound lead generation and managing and qualifying inbound leads, while your high level of service ensures that all contacts are left with a thorough understanding of our innovative solutions and a great impression of our company.

You plan your day independently while being responsible for preparing existing sales data for analysis by the sales team to enable data driven sales decisions about customer and segment targeting.

Here are the main tasks as Business Development Representative:

- Research and identify sales prospects through various channels such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, our CRM Pipedrive, market research, etc.
- Qualify inbound leads and book meetings with relevant colleagues in the sales organisation.
- Identify new sales opportunities for existing clients.
- Plan and lead prioritized client activities.
- Represent Dalux at webinars, seminars, fairs and conferences

We imagine that you have a good sense of business and an interest in digitalization. You are comfortable in discussions with decision makers while at the same time having a strong focus on the end users’ perspective. Most importantly, you are genuinely preoccupied with making sure that everyone you are in contact with gets a positive experience with Dalux.

You might have experience with Saas-solution in B2B sales or you have an educational background in business, sales, marketing or similar. It is considered an advantage if you already have knowledge of BIM and VDC but it is not nessecary. As a minimum, you are fluent in English and German, oral as well as written.
