WHAT YOU DO
- As Director Strategy, you create future-proof, strategic models and concepts
- You develop, lead and mentor the strategy team and coordinate with all other departments
- You track and report on resources and project allocation
- You contribute and participate in high level issues such as the steering board, process development and management exchange
- You prepare, facilitate and follow up on various workshops
- You develop the communication and relationship with our client by supporting common client questions and identifying potentially relevant issues beyond tickets and briefings
- You want to break the status quo with strong ideas and new ways of thinking

WHO YOU ARE
- You have several years of relevant professional experience as a Strategy Director
- You lead your team in a collaborative and motivational way and act as a role model
- You have broad expertise and experience in brand, creative and business strategy as well as digital strategy
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills and know how to tell stories using PowerPoint
- Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our day-to-day business
