**Your mission**:
**What you'll do**:
- **Strategic Partnership Development**: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, telematics providers, Tax partners, Financial Authorities and other technology partners to enhance our product offering, fuel our revenue growth and widen our market reach.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies and direct company decision making.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual goals and objectives are met.
- **Collaborative Execution**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- **Performance Tracking**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership activities, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms that align with company goals and legal standards.
- **Brand Representation**: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to foster relationships and secure new opportunities.
**What should you bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Alternative multiple years field experience in Sales, Partnerships, Marketing or Customer Success.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, key account management, or strategic alliances within the SaaS industry, preferably in fleet management or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the fleet management ecosystem and related technologies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You’re self-driven, proactive, persistent, pragmatic and have a can-do attitude.
- You enjoy solving complex problems, taking a broad and long-term perspective to identify solutions
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
- Business fluent German and English (min. C1).
