**Your Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Manage the service and qualification team, taking care of proper resource planning (budget/people/activities/technologies/timelines/..) and KPI setting, reporting to Head Analytical Development.
- Provide leadership to the team and drive and focus on continuous talent development.
- Maintain a close collaboration with other relevant partners inside and outside SDC including STO and Quality as well as relevant functions in the (global) organization.
- Ensure qualification of equipment in SDC according to SOP and relevant guidelines.
- Perform active innovation management by supporting proactive screening for new technologies.
- Support SDC for the attached tasks (e.g. shipment, ordering, finances, stability support, material data support).
- Ensuring of the tasks of the Head Quality Control concerning - 12 AMWHV for equipment related activities.
- Approval of GMP documents and ensuring the timely processing of deviations and changes.
- Driving for continues improvements of established processes and procedures, digitalizing where possible.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Minimal scientific BSc degree in science or higher with at least 6 years of work-related experience
- Broad scientific or technical knowledge in specific area (e.g. analytical, process, equipment, qualification)
- Excellent knowledge of, and practical experience with, laboratory-/process equipment and relevant software tools
- Good skills in presentation and scientific/technical writing
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge in GMP, qualification standards and regulatory guidelines
- Fluent in English and German (both spoken and written)
