This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll guide stakeholders, mentor juniors, and drive confident design decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align UX with our business goals while advocating for the user at every step. This is a hybrid role: while you’ll be based in Berlin (or elsewhere in Europe), we require you to travel to our UX hub in Eindhoven four times per year, for approximately one week each visit. During these on-site weeks—typically Tuesday through Thursday—you’ll collaborate in person with the team, strengthen connections, and brainstorm new ideas. The rest of the time, you’ll work remotely.
