**Werkstudent HR, People Operations (w/m/d)**:
**What you'll do**:

- Supporting the HR team on strategic projects.
- Preparing People and OPS related reports as needed.
- Assisting the People and OPS team in gathering and updating information and data.
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating our People policies and procedures.
- Learn about the functions of People and how they impact the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree that last for at least another 12 months.
- Strong administrative & organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data understanding with an eye for detail.
- Experience working in an office environment is a big plus.
- Fluency in English and German.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
