Workday Implementation Lead

As the Workday Implementation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the implementation of Workday HCM & ERP for my client. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll guide the project from conception to completion over a span of approximately 15 weeks. You’ll have the creative freedom to design solutions, optimize processes, and ensure a seamless transition to the new system.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Lead the implementation project, developing a comprehensive project plan and timeline.
Configure and customize Workday modules to align with my client’s unique processes.
Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
Provide guidance on change management strategies to promote user adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working closely with technical teams and Workday support.
Conduct thorough testing to validate system functionality and address any gaps.
Train end users on new processes and system features.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience leading successful Workday HCM & ERP implementations.
In-depth knowledge of Workday modules and configurations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and the capacity to adapt to evolving project needs.
Relevant Workday certifications would be a strong asset.
