HR Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily:
1. Assists in the day-to-day HR operations in a variety of areas: Customer Service; Contract Administration; HRIS, E&S and CM.

2. Prepares personnel changes of status (PCOS) requests for transfers, promotions, terminations, contract completion, etc. Ensures that proper approvals and reviews have occurred.

3. Handles customer inquiries and complaints, finding resolution at the lowest level.

4. Checks and verifies miscellaneous statements and reports against data from originating sources.

5. Accumulates and tabulates control statistics.

6. Interfaces with vendors for problem resolution.

7. Maintains various master files and listings including periodic transaction statistics.

8. General admin and documentation management
