As “One Team” backed by world-class development facilities and product engineers, incredibly talented athletes and ambassadors and a top-notch crew of employees who live and breathe the outdoor active lifestyle, Elevate Outdoor Collective is eager to take things to the next level. **POSITION OVERVIEW** The Brand Lead Marker will be responsbile for the strategic planning for the brand and act as liaison between the product and marketing departments. **RESPONSIBILITIES** > Responsible for the strategic planning for the brand > Oversee the marketing team to work on brand goals > Keep up with current trends, ensuring company on top of competitive market > Plan business growth strategies for marketing and product team > Keep track of budgets and manage expenses accomplished by the company > Generate marketing goals to increase sales > Manage all communications in marketing departments including advertisement, promotions, and social media > Advertising new products and improvements to company's product and marketing team to keep up with current trends > Ensure marketing team is meeting goals and timelines > Develop new business/marketing plan for new products and existing products **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** > Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field > 8-10 years of brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management experience > Strategic thinking with the ability to turn strategy into execution > Strong communication skills > Ability to work closely with different partnerships and to achieve results without formal authority > Ability to ski in all terrain > Experience in Winter Outdoor Sports Industry > Familar with Winter Sports Producs > Self-directed and motivated > Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills > Fluency in English **HAVE WE AROUSED YOUR INTEREST?** HR Team Penzberg, Maria Jaksch 0049-8856-8000-202
