As “One Team” backed by world-class development facilities and product engineers, incredibly talented athletes and ambassadors and a top-notch crew of employees who live and breathe the outdoor active lifestyle, Elevate Outdoor Collective is eager to take things to the next level. **POSITION OVERVIEW** As Marketing Coordinator K2 Skis Europe you will support planning, organizing, and help executing the effective implementation of the full European marketing strategy with a consumer-driven mindset, digital first approach and local relevance with focus on building credibility to drive sell through. **RESPONSIBILITIES** > Support the execution of the European go-to-market plan based on global guidelines for all product categories. > Coordinate annual marketing/promo calendar with the European markets. > Support the sales team with the development and production of sales collateral materials, including but not limited to sell-in/out tools, POP, etc. > Identify and fulfill all retail marketing and promotional requests. > Support the creation of consumer activation plans with focus on engagement between brand and consumer. > Coordinate above and below-the-line communication, including but not limited to press releases, product reviews, editor relations, product pitches. > Establishment and supervision of a European ambassador team. > Preparation of brand, product, and campaign presentations as well as compilation of all necessary product information, texts and translations. > Preparation and provision of tools for trade, order and consumer fairs and all demo, test and promotional events. > Obtaining athlete, influencer and end user feedback and preparation of (SWOT) analyses. > Coordination and monitoring of retail marketing campaigns. > Implementation of product training (in-house, retail, key accounts, etc.). > Planning and ordering and inventory management of all demo products. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** > First experience in the related field of marketing. > Bachelor's degree or higher > Traveling on a regular base to European markets is fun for you > You have a strong understanding of the skiing culture, market and lifestyle > You have the ability to ski competently in all conditions > You possess excellent work ethic and enthusiasm > Organizing multiple tasks and managing projects are self-evident to you > You possess advanced computer skills: MS Office, Adobe products are a plus > You are fluent in English and if you also speak German this will be a plus **WHAT WE OFFER TO YOU** > A versatile workplace in a dynamic team and sports-oriented company > The opportunity to live out your abilities and make a difference > Flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes > Opportunities for multiple sports activities > Flexible working hours based on trust > Discount program for all goods within our porfolio > Modern, large-scaled office in perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts, incl. mountain view **HAVE WE AROUSED YOUR INTEREST?
