Then we´d love to have you in our fast-growing team as a **Sales Development Representative (d/f/m) **with the mission to be a key driver of revenue by actively sourcing new business - with a focus on enterprise prospects.
At aimpower, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new leads from our Ideal Customer profile (ICP), understanding their needs and introducing them to our solutions. Your role will involve working closely with our Head of Sales in DACH and experienced Business Development Representatives to ensure optimal product-need fit and alignment with our business objectives.

**In this role you will**:
- Be the initial point of contact for potential customers, utilizing your active, confident, and friendly communication style to establish relationships with decision-makers.
- Proactively research and identify new customers, developing and executing personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation to drive our expansion in the German market.
- Conduct initial and follow-up outreach to qualify, prioritize, and schedule meetings with potential leads.
- Maintain detailed contact reports and collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Assist in achieving short to long-term sales goals and meeting quotas.
- Ensure smooth hand-over of qualified leads to our BDRs.
- Be an integral part of a motivated and ambitious team, sharing best practices and providing support to your Sales and Account Executive teammates.
**About you**:
- +1 year relevant work experience with exposure to Sales, particularly in a B2B tech or marketing context
- Phenomenal interpersonal skills - you love speaking with people and are most comfortable when around people.
- You are coachable, passionate, curious and competitive
- A genuine enthusiasm for software products and the ability to effectively work with them.
- Self-motivated, highly collaborative, creative, problem-solving with a growth mindset
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Work permit and permanent residency for Germany

**What we consider a plus**:
- A degree in a related field, such as economics, marketing, management, etc.
- Experience in the Market Research industry, SaaS, or Brand Management
- Experience with sales and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Woodpecker, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach

**Hiring Process**:

- Home assignment / Case Study (max. 2 hours, scheduled at your convenience)
- Competence call with Head of Sales DACH and with CMO or Founder (1hour)
- Meet the team: join our aimpower rangers at our office in Hamburg or Frankfurt (can be held virtually)
