As a member of our International Marketing team in Munich your top priority will be as **Marketing Communications Specialist (m/w/d)** the definition and implementation of a marketing communication strategy and supporting the countries in the execution of the strategy. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Development and implementation of the communication strategy and activities, e.g. positioning of our brand - Initiating marketing campaigns and individual measures from conception to implementation, including campaign activity planning, budget planning, monitoring the creation and implementation processes and ongoing optimization - Designing and implementing marketing measures to promote sales, in particular sales campaigns and supporting the countries in their implementation - Definition and implementation of the CD/CI guidelines for Schiedel in coordination with the BMI Group guidelines - Continuous further development of communication and marketing communication processes - Supporting activities to position our products and service offering - Management of the communication database - Management and support of marketing projects to realise our company goals and priorities WHAT YOU HAVE TO BRING WITH YOU - A completed apprenticeship or a bachelor's degree in marketing with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in marketing communications - Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven, ability to multitask, being flexible and being able to prioritise. - You enjoy working in an international environment, you are open to new things and are characterised by a structured and solution-oriented way of working. - Your strength is effective written and oral communication skills in German and English WHAT WE ARE OFFERING - Empower, Evolve, Connect and Inspire - These values drive us and an open corporate culture and respectful way of working together characterises us. - It is in our DNA to answer important questions and therefore relevant topics such as sustainability are part of our daily work. - Versatile and responsible tasks in a team where you can contribute and grow with personal development - Flexible working hours and up to two "mobile office days" per week support you in your work-life balance as well as attractive social benefits such as company pension schemes, canteen allowances, vacation allowance and Christmas bonus - The health of our employees is close to our heart: height-adjustable tables, fruit baskets, business bike leasing and much more **“Schiedel ignite your fire“ - Yours too?
