**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem CTO die technische AI-Roadmap, hältst sie aktuell und definierst technische Standards sowie Best Practices.
- Du scoutest neue AI-Trends, Tools und Methoden, bewertest deren Potenziale und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung interner Prozesse und integrierst AI-Lösungen in die Geschäftsmodelle der Business Units.
- Du optimierst bestehende Prozesse und Systeme durch den gezielten Einsatz von AI, um Effizienz und Kosteneffektivität zu steigern.
- Du stellst sicher, dass unsere AI-Lösungen compliant und qualitativ hochwertig sind.
- Du förderst aktiv den Wissenstransfer im Unternehmen und präsentierst basecom als AI-Experten nach außen - z. B. durch Vorträge, Fachartikel oder Eventbeiträge.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Data Science, Ingenieurwesen oder ähnlichem Bereich.
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in AI- bzw. Machine-Learning-Projekten sowie in der Arbeit mit Cloud-Plattformen (z. B. GCP) und MLOps mit.
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und AI-Frameworks (z.B. TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).
- Du denkst analytisch, zeigst Eigeninitiative und hast Lust auf Innovation.
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
