Deine Aufgaben
- Du gibst für unseren Bereich Client Services & Daily Banking den Weg in die Zukunft vor, übersetzt die bankweite Strategie in durchdachte und effektive Maßnahmen, behältst das Budget im Blick und übernimmst die Verantwortung für ihre einwandfreie Umsetzung.
- Dabei liegt Dein Fokus immer auf Deinen Mitarbeiter*innen: Du führst, förderst und motivierst sie, hilfst ihnen in ihrer individuellen Weiterentwicklung, räumst alle Steine aus dem Weg und sorgst dafür, dass Dein Team exzellent, effizient und agil arbeiten können.
- Reibungslose Abläufe sind auch im Tagesgeschäft Dein Motto. Ob Du vorhandene Ressourcen passgenau auf Bedürfnisse aufteilst, ein Auge auf die korrekte Ausführung von Prozessen hast oder Kontroll
- und Risikovorschriften überwachst: Dank Dir läuft alles effizient und korrekt.
- Mit Kommunikation und Teamwork holst Du dabei alle mit ins Boot, bist das Öl im Getriebe der Interaktion zwischen Stakeholdern und Service Providern aus verschiedensten Ländern, Kulturen und Zeitzonen und schlägst als Schnittstelle die Brücke zwischen Deinem Circle, dem Front Office sowie Produktbereichen und Support-Teams.
- Und natürlich bist Du immer auf der Suche, wie wir noch besser werden können, nimmst Anregungen aus verschiedenen Quellen auf, identifizierst nötige Schritte zur Optimierung, leitest passende Maßnahmen ein und delegierst Aufgaben, um unsere Effizienz und Customer Experience auf das nächste Level zu heben.

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Finanzen, eine Bankausbildung, mehrjährige Praxis im Bankbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Client Service-Bereichs im Wholesale Banking sowie im Stakeholdermanagement
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Lernbereitschaft und Management-Skills
- Überzeugungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen, sicheres Auftreten und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Eigeninitiative, zielstrebig, proaktiv, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Motivations
- und Kommunikationsgeschick, team
- und konfliktfähig
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
