Responsibilities

We are looking for an empathetic and passionate Team Lead Technology to complement our Tech Leadership circle. As Team Lead Technology you are managing your team and are responsible for enabling it to ensure high quality and performance.
- As Team Lead Technology, you are disciplinarily leading an agile, cross-functional engineering team and thus contribute significantly to the success of Aroundhome
- You are an experienced manager with an agile mindset who establishes efficient processes according to Scrum, actively drives continuous improvement focusing on quality and enables team members to make decisions on their own responsibility
- You recognize and promote talent through targeted coaching, and thus ensure a structured development of your team in line with the company vision
- You are the first point of contact for all people topics and are in close contact with the other Team Leads and the Product Owners of the product teams
- You are part of the tech leadership team, report directly to the Head of Technology and are actively involved in the further design and scaling of Tech

**Skills**:

- You have several years of practical experience in leading agile tech teams and have already been able to successfully build and scale teams
- You are a strong communicator and have a deep understanding of leadership as well as employee development
- You excel in your goal-oriented approach to work and are an absolute high performer as well as motivator
- You have a distinctive knowledge of human nature and convince with your winning appearance as well as a healthy portion of humor
