As Team Lead (f/m/d) you are responsible for the development of strategies, the acquisition and delivery of large Data, AI and process mining programs in time, budget, and quality by leading a team of data professionals.

**What you are responsible for**
- Lead a team of data professionals with your vision for transformation and digitalization within the corporate functions of all E.ON companies
- Build up meaningful relationships and identify opportunities for data-driven optimization together with our corporate functions' partners in all E.ON countries
- Contribute hands-on in engagements and develop transformative data products with your deep experience in data science, process mining, data engineering and/or (technical) project management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, inspiring them with the opportunities of process mining and data & AI
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget
- Take ownership of the P&L of your unit and ensure utilization of your team
- Develop strategies that build brand awareness and increase the number of engagements
- Convert leads into new engagements by building relationships, presenting our capabilities, scoping the project work, and then ensuring a delivery on time, in scope and in budget
- Contribute towards employer branding by speaking at conferences, writing articles and being active on social media
- Develop and lead a team of process mining experts as your primary skill pool
- Setting the strategic direct and further development of the department together with other team leads and the head of.

**What you are good at**
- You have several years of professional experience in a leading role within a data department or management consulting
- Extensive knowledge of the corporate functions and organizational setup of a corporate company
- You have a degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related technical discipline and significant hands-on work experience
- You have a clear vision how to unleash the potential of data to accelerate business transformation
- You inspire others with your attitude and your passion for data
- You have a strong ability to pitch, sell and deliver innovative data projects including process mining
- Ideally you have professional experience in working with state-of-the-art cloud technologies (various Azure services are a plus as well as Celonis or other process mining technologies)
- Ideally you are familiar with best software development best practices, such as version control, such as version control, CI/CD, monitoring, automation and testing (Azure DevOps is a plus)
- You have excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and German
