- Deliver profitable topline growth & increase market share with PUMA DC 5 customers in line with global and CE priorities
- Drive visibility & desirability of the brand; set clear distribution channel goals in Central Europe & expand door penetration
- Development and implementation of a PUMA Central Europe Sportstyle strategy. Implement strategic account growth plans for defined customers in Central Europe. Establish professional and future driven business relations with defined customers, follow up in regular T2T meetings.
- Ensure strong alignment and information sharing within Central Europe Sportstyle team
- Organize the way we go to market in Sportstyle Central Europe. Ensure that your Sales team have a clear understanding of the Brand initiatives and objectives. Drive execution excellence. Drive Sales Team to deliver quantitative and qualitative results.
- Develop & lead PUMA Sportstyle toward success: Share key objectives and deliverables. Lead sales team in planning account management activities. Challenge the team to think out of the box and inspire consumer with newness.
- Set, maintain and evaluate commercial KPIs. Regular sales reporting and forecasting
- Act data driven and fact based - use sell-out data wherever possible and foster discussions based on data
- Gather data insights/trends on consumer, product, price, competition, marketing, and distribution process to continuously ensure long term growth with defined accounts
- Ensure strong alignment with other functions, particularly Merchandising, Marketing & Finance.
- Ensure strong alignment with other Central Europe & global teams

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Master or bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years Sales Experience in the Sport Industry or industry-related, in Sport/Lifestyle Apparel and/or Footwear area
- Sound knowledge and understanding in Sportstyle / Fashion industry
- Strong leadership skills, understanding how to lead a cross functional team, minimum of 3 years team lead experience
- Analytical and process driven mindset
- Intrinsic motivated
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Team player
