**Senior Client Advisor (M/F/d)**
**YOUR MISSION**
As a dedicated member of our Munich Panerai Boutique, the Senior Client Advisor is the key role in achieving the boutique’s objectives and targets with a high level of autonomy. As the service to the Customers is at the heart of this role, ensuring a high level of listening abilities, Maison and product knowledge is vital to achieve an unforgettable brand experience for the clients and increase the sales.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT**
- Creates engaging and emotional client experience to clients
- Offer best in class service being it in boutique or virtually, making a clear difference vs competition
- Host clients and other stakeholders in line with Panerai standard
- Find ever new and creative means to exceed clients’ expectations
- Proactively recruit new prospects through networking and community building
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and analysis to enhance client experience
- Collects meaningful client information throughout the client journey
- Engage in CRM-activities such as prospect follow-up on a daily basis
- Act as an ambassador in and out of the boutique, conveying passion for the brand
**DRIVE SALES**
- Knowledge in Panerai history, products, partnerships as well as the watch industry
- Engage clients using storytelling
- Achieves individual and team sales targets, KPIs
- Use available data/systems to better understand own performance and sales opportunities
- Effectively uses cross and upselling techniques as well as omnichannel tools to maximize sales
- Identify and/or create sales opportunities inside and outside boutique environment
- Handle customer service requests and respective processes
**BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS**
- Act as a role-model to client advisors and the shift-in-charge in the absence of boutique management.
- Handle general Boutique administrations and back of house operations with care
- Ensure boutique operation comply with company policy
