**Dein Wirkungsfeld**:

- Als Sales Support Assistant (all genders) arbeitest Du eng mit unserem Salesteam und unserem Senior Vice President zusammen und unterstützt sie im Presales
- und Salesprozess
- Dafür erstellst Du ansprechende Kundenpräsentationen und entwickelst im Team innovative Vertriebs
- und Akquisekonzepte
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du das Team maßgeblich bei der der Erstellung und Anlage von Angeboten, beginnend bei der Preiskalkulation bis hin zum Feinschliff der Angebotspräsentation
- Dabei managst Du hochvertrauliche Themen und hast Freude daran, als Ansprechpartner*in unsere Kunden nachhaltig und optimal zu betreuen, souverän und zuverlässig deren Anliegen aufzunehmen und zu bearbeiten
- Außerdem übernimmst Du eigenverantwortlich wichtige Aufgaben wie Qualitätssicherung, das Risikomanagement und die Planung von Sales Events

**Was Dich auszeichnet**:

- Nach Deiner kaufmännischen Ausbildung oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang bringst Du bereits erste Erfahrung als Teamassistenz mit und weißt worauf es ankommt
- Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung in der IT-Branche erworben oder bringst zumindest ein sehr ausgeprägtes Interesse an unseren IT-Dienstleistungen mit
- Du überzeugst durch dein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten, gute Umfangsformen und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, denkst vernetzt, weißt Prioritäten zu setzen und bist immer einen Schritt voraus
- Du wendest die MS-Office-Palette auch über die Grundfunktionalitäten hinaus routiniert an
- Ein verbindliches, repräsentatives Auftreten sowie verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und gutes Englisch zeichnen Dich aus
