**Description**:
Wir erweitern unseren Standort in Böhmenkirch und suchen
**ab sofort **Verstärkung im Bereich Sales (Innendienst). Als Sales Assistant sind Sie Teil unseres Vertriebsteams und arbeiten aktiv dem Team der Sales Manager zu, wickeln aber auch eigene Aufträge ab.

**Your mission**:

- Erfassen und Bearbeiten von Aufträgen
- Termingerechte Erstellung von Angeboten
- Direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden
- Unterstützung bei Sales-Kampagnen und Aktionen zur Neukundengewinnung
- Datenpflege in den Systemen ImPuls (ERP) und Salesforce (CRM)
- Recherche von vertriebsrelevanten Informationen
- Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Purchasing und Logistik
- Allgemeiner Schriftverkehr und Telefondienst (Zentrale)

**Your profile**:

- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales-Support, vorzugsweise mit direktem Kundenkontakt
- Fundierte kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Kompetentes und freundliches Auftreten, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Dienstleistungsorientierte, engagierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse sowie technische/ digitale Affinität
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert
- Strukturierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil mit hoher Sorgfältigkeit
