**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- First
- & Second-Level-Support für Software u. Hardware inkl. Peripherie, Telefonie sowie mobiler Endgeräte
- Benutzereinrichtung/-verwaltung, Berechtigungsvergabe
- First-Level-Support der Anwender per Telefon und E-Mail
- Entgegennahme, Erfassung und Qualifizierung von Anfragen
- Lösen von Standard-Aufgaben im Rahmen des First-Level-Supports
- Nicht direkt lösbare Aufgaben im Team abstimmen und ggfs. Weiterleitung an den Second-Level Support
- Erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für interne Anwender und Kunden
- Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung technischer Störungen und Problemmeldungen über ein Ticketsystem
- Einrichtung von Active-Directory-, VPN-, Mobil
- und E-Mail-Zugängen
- Erstellung interner und externer Dokumentationen
