HR Business Partner

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic hands-on **HR Business Partner/Generalist, Central-Europe, **to support our business growth and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Ideally, this function is based in our office in **Bönen, Germany**.

**Your role**
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support long-term organizational objectives
- Conduct comprehensive HR assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and propose actionable solutions
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and industry best practices
- Drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, retention, development, and succession planning to ensure a high-performing workforce
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience at every point
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary analysis, benchmarking, and recommendations for improvements
- Oversee HR compliance efforts, including employment law adherence, regulatory reporting, and policy enforcement

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (one to two years) as a HR Generalist or similar role, with a strong emphasis on both strategic and operational HR functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
- Ability to exercise a high degree of autonomy, confidentiality, professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
- Exceptional team player who can build collaborative relationships and establish trust with team members across the organization.
- Genuine passion and advocate of diversity and inclusion and integrates this mentality when making all business decisions (both internal and external).
- Flexible/adaptable, analytical, and approachable.
- Proficient in German and English. Any other languages are considered a plus.
