Legal Counsel Compliance

As our new Legal Counsel Compliance you are part of our global Legal & Compliance team. Together, we ensure that everything runs smoothly at quantilope. As the central contact person for compliance you will answer the regulatory questions of the day-to-day business and further develop quantilope's compliance strategy.

**What you will be doing**:

- Monitoring all operational processes and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and ethical requirements within the company (such as in connection with AI, Information Security, Data Privacy or ESG)
- Managing the flow of information by researching, collecting and analyzing data and information. Ensuring smooth business processes through a constant flow of information and compliance risk analyses.
- Training and educating staff to inform them about legal innovations and changes to compliance policies/guidelines.
- Controlling by regularly analyzing whether the policies/guidelines applied are legally compliant.
- Contact person for and interface between all employees, especially the leadership team on all compliance-related issues.

**Who you are**:

- Completed legal studies (Staatsexamen, Master of Laws or similar)
- 3+ years of professional experience, ideally as a Legal Counsel Compliance in a B2B SaaS company
- Legal understanding, business understanding and security in handling data
- Analytical thinking and working
- Strong communication skills
- Legal and moral integrity
- Strategic thinking
- Open-minded and good with legal tech
- Knowledge of the SaaS industry and the relevant market
- Fluent German and English on legal and business level
