**About us**:

As a young startup, we are looking for a concept art student intern (M/F/d) who is eager to join our mission of making this world a happier place.

Currently we are working on the Happy Nation Games:
And we are building a digital space for our community to connect with like-minded people:
The Happy Nation Metaverse

The metaverse will have a realistic aesthetic with many special places to engage players.

**Your tasks during the internship**:

- Design various assets, buildings, characters and environments for the metaverse
- Conducting research for certain design tasks if required
- Take part in meetings and feedback sessions to polish the concepts into the desired outcome
- Work closely with the founders to design Happy Nation’s wellbeing campaign telling the story, brand, messaging and vision into a visual language
- Ensure that design and layout is current, consistent and in line with core messages and brand standards
- Work on a company with a purpose: to help change the world for the better

**Your skill set**:

- Great drawing and conceptual skills to put ideas and concepts on paper
- Good eye for composition, lighting and colour
- Great imagination and creativity
- The ability to use a digital drawing program (Photoshop, ClipStudioPaint, Krita )
- Optionally, you can also have experiences with 3D programs like Blender as a helping tool for creating your concepts
- Studies in a bachelor’s design field such as graphic design, visual art or illustration. You must be enrolled during the entire duration of the internship.
- Interest for (and ideally, experience in) the well-being industry - happiness, health, nutrition, meditation, sports.
- Fluent English and outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
