**They are small, cheap and really trendy**: so called tiny houses. They are rather small buildings, formerly known as mobile homes but now with a state of the art interior design and environment friendly materials they seem to be the solution for overcrowed cities and being able to make unused micro areas a valuable ground for living. Our client is developing mobile homes for more than a decade and is well experienced when it comes to develop ground plans, tailor made housing equipment and special kind living solutions.

As the demand for micro housing drastically increases and individuals as well as institutions are interested in learning more about this new concept of living, our client is looking for some talented personalities for the interested party advisory team.

What will you (m/w/d) be doing?
Advise on availability, cost and configuration of the houses Help with questions concerning construction law, wastewater disposal, freshwater and energy supply
Consult with regards to statics and fire protection Advise on interior design, colours, materials and accessories
Help villages how to identify suitable grounds Share best practice and experience
