**Apprentice Marketing Communication**

Your new job includes
- As an apprentice (M/F/d), you will support us in the day-to-day business of marketing and other departments relevant to training and experience first-hand the practical planning, organization, development and controlling of our marketing and communications projects. In the course of the 2.5 years, you will in particular
- learn and support the development and implementation of 360° communication campaigns and holistic concepts
- quickly take on your own areas of responsibility and work independently on exciting projects
- learn and take on administrative tasks such as preparing creation briefings, cost estimates and timings
- record and evaluate market requirements and derive concrete measures from them
- ensure the flow and exchange of information with all relevant interfaces
- complete special trainings with your colleagues, such as product and IT trainings
- receive regular feedback on your personal and professional development
- receive intensive support throughout your training from our Entry Programs Team and from a trainee mentor in the various specialist departments
- have the opportunity to complete a semester abroad and have the chance to experience a business trip to our international locations, cruise ships or ferries
- receive an attractive salary (1st year: 985 euros, 2nd year: 1,078 euros, 3rd year: 1,219 euros) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses and 30 days' vacation

What you should bring along
- At least a (very) good intermediate school leaving certificate
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Good knowledge of German and English as well as good communication skills
- Enthusiasm for retail and curiosity about working with exclusive brand products
- A fresh outlook and new ideas in an international, dynamic environment
- Commitment and enjoyment of independent, varied work as well as curiosity to learn new things
- Reliability, team spirit and open-mindedness for working with your future colleagues
