We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at our European Head Office in Raunhiem, Germany.
**The role**:
As Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for the receiving and processing of orders from Blatchford customer across Europe.
**Key duties**:
Production and execution of sales, trial stock and loaner contracts
Maintaining customer data base
Providing data to support sales or product evaluations
Supervising all documentation in relating to trial products and sales orders
Providing quotes and Invoicing notes, including credit and debit notes.
Managing payment and the trial product reminders, overseeing late payment charges
Managing trial pipelines
Liaising with warehouse, production, finance, technicians, and other departments
What are we looking for?
**As Customer Service Administrator you will have the following**:
**Key skills**:
Educated at School level in Maths and English
Strong German and English language skills
An additional European language would be advantageous
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Proven service industry experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communicator, both written and verbal
