We have an exciting opportunity for a After Sales Customer Service Technician to join our team at our European Head Office in Raunhiem, Germany.
**The role**:
As After Sales Customer Service Technician you will be responsible for determining the course of action when a product is returned.
**Key duties**:
- Undertaking service and repair in accordance with requirements of the request
- Updating the system in respect of the work carried out and any issues found
- Seeking advice from the product specialists
- Re-evaluating returns requests
What are we looking for?
As After Sales Customer Service Technician you will have the following:
**Key skills**:
- Educated at School level in Maths and English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Electronic/Electro-mechanical assembly or service experience
- Hydro-pneumatic assembly or service experience
- Ability to communicate at a technical level
