**Aufgaben**:
As a working student in the IT Communications & Transformation team, you will actively contribute to shaping the dynamic and diverse daily IT operations at STRABAG, putting your acquired theoretical knowledge into practice. You will have the opportunity to bring your unique skills and ideas to the table in the development of IT transformation processes and act as a communication interface within our IT department.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating in the planning, execution, and communication of organizational transformations, as well as implementing change and communication initiatives within the IT department
- Preparing decision-making materials for management, both in terms of content and visual presentation
- Assisting in the preparation and organization of internal IT information events and workshops
- Providing support in the conception of our IT strategy and in deriving the necessary recommendations for action

**Qualifikationen**:

- Ongoing studies in communication sciences, business administration, engineering, or related fields
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign
- Fluency in English and German is essential (another foreign language would be a plus)
- Solution-focused personality with strong communications and problem solving skills
- Flexible, open-minded and enthuasiastic team player with an international mindset
