**Job Overview**: As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Sales and Services, you will lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that optimize sales processes and enhance customer service experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales and service workflows, strong technical expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions.

- Work closely with IT teams to implement and test integrations.

- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms that align with the organization's sales and service objectives.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in sales and service technologies.
- **Prototyping and Proof of Concept**:

- Develop prototypes and conduct proof of concept exercises to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
- **Collaboration with Development Teams**:
