To support the 80-strong team at the Starnberg location, we are looking for an **Onboarding Specialist Intellectual Property **(m/d/f)**

The position is reporting into the Director, Center of Excellence Annuities. You will be part of a very dedicated service delivery team which puts customer at the center. We are serving international customers across the globe and are taking care of their most valuable assets, their IP rights.

The Operations/Service Delivery function plays an integral role in our business model and is working closely with our Sales departments as well as with Client as well as Data Onboarding teams. As part of the Data Onboarding team, your task will be** to deliver a high quality data onboarding service to our customers and support them during their transition phase to PAVIS.**

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Responsible to onboard new customers with their entire portfolio
- Responsible to perform reboarding projects before usage of the Connect interface or change to a new IPMS
- Support other operational teams with updates to data in PAVIS database
- Logical and substantial validation of new customer data
- Conversion of incoming data into the PAVIS database system's standard
- Active care and support of new customers during the migration process
- Implementation or instigation (depending on your technical knowledge) of software adjustments, tool
- or interface-developments
- Close cooperation with the various onboarding teams as well as external software-engineers
- Reporting and documentation of internal processes
- Quickly and professionally process data onboarding projects & requests while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and individual contracts.
- Correspondence in German and English (in writing and by phone) with national and international customers
- Regular processing of individual inquiries and smaller projects
- Active participation in the achievement of business objectives

**The perfect match...**
- Successfully completed education as patent paralegal; foreign language correspondent, IT adminstration or comparable qualification
- Strong technical knowledge about data manipulation and methodologies as well as ability to obtain patent data from official databases such as PTO registers
- Ability to analyze and compare data, identify discrepancies or issues and propose solutions
- Proficient in Excel and/or SQL
- Practical work experience in IP and deadline management
- Independent, reliable, detail-oriented and precise
- Precise, solution-oriented and structured way of working
- Commitment, initiative and distinct ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills and quick comprehension
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Confident handling of MS-Office and a strong affinity for IT
- Project management experience would be an advantage
