**The Team**- your impact

As Team Assistant - PMO (f/m/d) you will become part of a multifunctional and diverse team that aims to empower the consulting business of Expert Services. In your role as Team Assistant - PMO (f/m/d) you will be responsible for managing project plans and support the Expert Services Engagement managers.

**Your Role**- meaningful & rewarding
- Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of internals and externals (EDT Joiner-Mover-Leaver process incl. hardware, ID Cards, etc.)
- Organization and content-wise preparation of workshops, meetings, and team events
- Managing orders (e.g., externals, hardware, consulting services, Beeline, etc.) incl. accruals, expenses, and invoices for the Leadership Team
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Support the planning, execution, and reporting of internal projects
- Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Assist the Head of Unit with calendar management

**Your Profile**- authentic & open-minded
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
- Excellent understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and Atlassian tools
- Very good English language skills in spoken and written communication
