Regional Asset Demand Coordinator

**Title**:
Regional Asset Demand Coordinator

**Job Purpose**:

- _ Regional Forecasting_
- _ Intra regional transfer_
- _ Procurement support_
- _ Contingency supply_
- _ Reserve Stock Management_

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- The expected working hours are Monday to Friday, but after-hours duties might include phone calls with counterparts from other regions
- Ensure the traceability of Marken’s assets in Maestro and inventory management systems
- Dealing with Marken offices & LSP across the region and his/her counterparts in other regions
- Working with the Global Call Center (GCC & ART team) to recover P&D and identify operations not following the approved SOP’s for P&D.
- Responsible for the implementation and continuation of any Asset Tracking projects
- Work with the Cryoshipper Centre of Excellence to improve the quality of the LN2 shipper fleet (logger calibration, NER tests, POs for replacements)
- Reporting: Daily, weekly & monthly inventory
- Review & improving existing workflows
- Contributing to reduce the operational costs across the region
- Cost analytics: Lane, cost comparison, historical data
- Continuous effort to implement & test new technologies, e.g. inventory management tracking devices, packaging types
- Training/retraining of staff based on asset related SOPs

**Requirements**:

- Background of international transport & logistics
- Understanding the requirements of cold chain logistics
- Knowledge of records administration, maintenance techniques and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Multi-tasking
- Skill in collecting and analysing complex data
- Ability to evaluate, analyse & organise
- Planning ahead
- 2 years’ experience in logistics
- Warehousing practices
- Same day courier environment
- Working across different times zones
- MS Office skills
- Understanding of Air, Road & Sea freight
- Various packaging types used for healthcare logistics shipments
- Asset inventory management
- Spoken German and English
