You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting company offerings to clients.

What you will do:

- Serves as a valuable member of the Finance Department
- Manages closing of orders, revenue recognition, and reporting
- Manages sales tax accuracies, and filing
- Independently manages entry and reconciliation of AR, AP, and the GL
- Assists in overall financial reporting, auditing, and reconciling
- Performs Bank Reconciliation
- Reviews financial reporting requirements
- Balances books and prepares profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements
- Purchase and track equipment and supplies for team members
- Provides administrative support for department and company
- Other tasks assigned

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or Master's degree with 2 years of experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with team members, other department team members, and leadership
- Represent the company with the highest integrity and professionalism and be a positive example within our organization
- Handle all confidential information with the highest degree of discretion without exception
- Utilize company assets in a prudent and judicious manner
